Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Universal Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

us.leoch.com ships to addresses within the U.S. 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please consult support@leoch.com before ordering.

We currently do not provide an international shipment service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most us.leoch.com packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You could contact FedEx: 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS Domestic: 1-888-742-5877 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

We will keep you posted if any emergency happens and the order can not ship. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Damages

us.leoch.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 20 days at support@leoch.com.

 

International Shipping Policy

Shipment to Japan

Currently, we can only ship to Japan. Shipping is available to Japan's main islands with 47 major prefectures, including:

Hokkaido, Hiroshima, Okayama, Shimane, Tottori, Yamaguchi, Aiichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka, Nagano, Shingata, Akita, Aomori, Iwate, Fukui, Ishikawa, Toyama, Fukushima, Miyagi, Yamanashi, Chiba, Gunma, Ibaraki, Kanagawa, Saitama, Tottori, Tokyo, Yamanashi, Hyogo, Kyoto, Nara Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Shiga Prefecture, Wakayama Prefecture, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Nagasaki, Daejeon, Saga, Ehime, Kagawa, Kochi, Tokushima, Okinawa.

NOTE: us.leoch.com charges an additional shipping fee for orders shipped to Okinawa, please contact support@leoch.com before placing your order.
